Babies are the biggest blessing and every woman can ever wish for.

Getting pregnant after marriage and giving birth to a child is overwhelming and is indeed what almost every woman craves for and who are wishing for parenting role.

How about twins? Conceiving twins is unpredictable under natural circumstances but if you’re undergoing medical treatments like IVF, IUI the higher chances you have to get pregnant with twins medically.

But if you ever thought that there is no natural way, you are wrong; because there is a natural way to get your chances higher.

Natural formation of twins.

Twins are most likely fraternal. Fraternal twins are conceived when two eggs are unleashed during the Ovulation (develop two separate eggs); where identical twins are rare to happen which is a result of one egg separates in two in early pregnancy.

How to increase the chance of getting conceived with twins.

Older women have higher chances of conceiving twins but also higher rate of miscarriage.

Have more dietary products: women who eat more dairy products have higher chances by 5 times than who don’t. Wild yam from Africa, a small town in Nigeria claims to have highest rate of twins in the world. There might be a chemical in wild yams or cassava root which causes hyper stimulation of the ovaries that can result in more than one egg during ovulation.

Breastfeed! According to one twins study, women who breastfeed have higher chances of having twins than who don’t.
