Presented below are the step-by-step procedures to make your applications simple:

STEP 1

Visit www.nsohelpline.com and click ORDER NOW choice.

STEP 2

Select the certificate that you have to request.

STEP 3

Click the purpose of your certificate.

STEP 4

The website will ask if this is your first time to request for a copy of your certificate, simply click which one is most relevant for your application.

STEP 5

Fill-out all information’s on the Certificate Application Form, and then select Continue.

STEP 6

If you’ve encountered any legal proceedings (legitimation, adoption, court hearings, etc.) in fixing such certificate, select the option most applicable to your request.

STEP 7

Type the name of the recipient of the certificate.

STEP 8

Double and triple check all the information’s you put on the order review on the left side of the screen. Then access your contact details and delivery address on the form on the right side. Verify all your entries through clicking the checkbox then press Continue.

STEP 9

Pay to verify your application. You have a choice to pay over-the-counter via Bayad Center and Metro Bank Online Payment. VISA or MasterCard credit or debit card are also acquired, same as Banc Net ATM and Globe Gcash mobile payment.

STEP 10

Once you’ve verified your application, you can now check the status of your order in the Check Status page. Simply access the Reference number and press submit. As per the website, you can assume your requested certificate within 2 to 3 days.
