TESDA Free Online Courses

There are total of 40 plus courses that aspiring individuals, professionals, and OFW can take, which are free online courses. Tuition fee is free however; it does not come with a certificate.

To obtain certificate, you need to visit the nearest assessment center and take the certification exam. If you passed, you can get the certificate. This offering requires learners to have fast internet connection and a personal computer desktop (laptop will also do).

TESDA Foreign Language Courses for FREE

One of their offered courses is learning different foreign language, such as Nihonggo, Spanish, Korean, Mandarin, Arabic and English. You may enroll to Language Institution of TESDA. The enrollment is on first come first serve service, it may be helpful if you will register as early as possible.

Here are the lists of foreign Language Courses with their duration:

Basic Arabic Language and Saudi / Gulf Culture – 100 hours
Basic Chinese Language (Mandarin) and Culture – 100 hours
Basic English Language – 100 hours
Basic Japanese Language (Nihongo) and Culture – 150 hours
Basic Korean Language and Culture – 100 hours (verify with tesda LSI if these course is still available)
Basic Spanish Language – 100 hours

Note: Not all tesda language skills institute offer all the language courses. So before going to the nearest LSI call their office first to know if the course you are aiming to study is available with the school.

TESDA Enrollment Requirements

TESDA training centers are all over the Philippines; Manila, Baguio, Batangas, Bicol, Bohol, Cavite, Cebu, Davao, Rizal, Laguna, IloIlo, Tacloban, Tagum, La Union, and many others.

TESDA regulates private and public registered training institution. Both public and private institutions require students to be:

– at least 18 years of age
– high school graduate
– undergone a pre-training assessment (YP4SC/NCAE)
– Barangay Clearance (some asks for it)

On the other hand, if you wish to pursue training in private institutions, they may ask for additional requirements other than what was mentioned. It would be better that you visit their respective schools and inquire for other documents they may need.
